Bramante Group srl reserves the right to change part(s) of this agreement at any time.
The contract is regulated by the present Terms and Conditions. Furthermore it is regulated by Legislative Decree number 111, dated March 1995 in application of the EEC directive number 90/314 and by the International Convention for the Travel Contracts (C.C.V.) ratified with the law number 1084 of 2 December 1997. In no case responsibility of Bramante Group srl will exceed the limits stated by the above mentioned laws.
All prices indicated are confidential to the Tour Operator. Disclosure of the same to different addressee will result in legal action. Prices to final clients can be obtained by logging into the reserved area on our website.
The applicable cancellation deadline date is advised at the time of booking.
Cancellation penalty(ies) will apply according to supplier(s)’ Terms & Conditions as per service(s) description.
For all cancellations received after applicable cancellation deadline, the relevant cancellation fee will be charged to the Client’s account regardless of whether the client or the individual guest is supposed to settle the rooms account.
Guests with valid room reservations who do not arrive on the day of the reservation will be considered “no shows” and the full amount of the service(s) reserved will be charged to the Client’s account regardless of whether the client or the individual guest is supposed to settle the rooms account.
In any case payments must be done in full according to the deadline (unless credit facilities are authorized by Bramante Group), failure to comply will result to the booking being released.

- Bank Transfer (all bank service charges including those of a third party bank will be the responsibility of the payer).
- Credit facilities must be requested in writing and are put in place to the unquestionable judgement of Bramante Group S.r.l. In all cases where credit facilities are declined, full payment must be paid within deadline.

Prices are quoted and payable in EURO, are net & include valued added tax (IVA).
Included services in published prices will be displayed at time of booking.
In the event that extra charges, not normally payable by the client are not settled by the guest on departure from the hotel, the client will become liable for all such charges.
All changes on the reservation made on line will be valid only upon issuing a new voucher. Changes will be charged separately if the third party involved requires an extra charge.
The client agrees that Bramante Group S.r.l. may accept any verbal amendments to the arrangements given during the course of the guest’s stay given by the client or anyone acting or purporting to act on the client’s behalf and the client agrees to pay for any additional service provided.
The guests rooms will be occupied and vacated according to the hotel policy.
Children policy may vary according to the relevant hotel. Children policy will be displayed at time of booking.
According to the above mentioned laws, Bramante Group S.r.l. reserves the right to alter prices only in case of changes justified by variations in:
transport cost (i.e. fuel)
valued added tax
If the overall increase in rates exceeds more than 10% of the maximum cost of the booking, the customer has the right to terminate the contract without penalty, upon written request to Bramante Ltd within 48 hours. In any case the rate may be increased during the 30 days preceding the arrival of the guest.
If a price for any part of the services have been quoted but it is not inserted overleaf and if subsequent agreement cannot be reached, Bramante Group S.r.l. shall be under no obligation to provide that part of the services.
The full cost of repairing or replacing any damage to the property where the stay takes place as a result of damage and/or breakage and/or removal of the building’s property will be charged to the client.
Bramante Group S.r.l. accepts no responsibility to the Client in respect of any claims made by guest or to any guest in the client group in respect of loss or damage to their property.
Hotels category are set by the Italian Tourism Authority. Bramante Groupl S.r.l. declines any responsibility with regards to the published category.
In case of complaints or problems regarding the services supplied by Bramante Group s.rl., the client should report them immediately to give Bramante Group S.r.l. the chance to investigate and try to sort them out. If the complaint is not resolved during the period of the stay, a registered letter should be sent to Bramante Group S.r.l. within 10 days of the end of the stay. Any suggestions from the Client given to the Bramante Group S.r.l. are strongly encouraged in order to improve the quality of the service.

Bramante Travel is covered by policy number 560144859 by CARIGE ASSIFIDI S.p.A. in conformity with the national decree number 111 dated 17 March 1995.
A warrant Found has been established by the Italian Tourism Authority to safeguard the client in case of the Tour Operators insolvency, bankruptcy, granting in these cases, a refund and repatriation of the client.

- HB indicates Half Board (usually the meal included is Dinner, unless otherwise specified)
- FB indicates Full Board
All meals included in the board offer a choice of courses.
Vegetarian or other special meals may be requested, we will pass them on, but we cannot guarantee the provision of the special meals by the hotel.
Continental Breakfast consist of rolls , pastries, butter, marmalade.
Continental Buffet Breakfast consist of the above items with the addition of fruit juice, cheese, ham and often yoghurt and corn flakes.
American Buffet Breakfast include all the above plus cooked bacon or/and sausages and egg.
Facilities are provided either with a shower or bathtub, the request for one or the other will be passed on, but we cannot guarantee the provision of it.
When a room is described as see or lake view it means that the view may be obtained from it. The view may be from the side of the hotel or impaired by trees. When a room is described as “full view” it means that the window faces the relevant panorama.
Balconies are not always large enough to accommodate a chair or table.
Single rooms may be of an inferior standard to the one of other rooms. Most importantly the size can be rather small.
Double rooms have either twins (two separate beds) or a double bed. Please be careful, at the time of booking, in choosing a room with Twin beds or Double bed.
Infants are usually free of charge but will have to share a bed with the parents. A cot may be requested and paid locally.
All our hotels have heating and most have air conditioning. Time and period of operation is determined by the hotel management. and regulated by regional laws. Usually the air conditioning is from June to September and the heating is from November to March. In some hotels air conditioning may be charged locally.
The period of opening of the swimming pool is at the hotel discretion and is usually from June to September. The opening period may vary, and although we will make every effort in order to update the information we cannot guarantee the opening and closing time.
CHANGE OF HOTEL
In the unlikely event that, the booked accommodation is not available on the day of arrival, a hotel of similar or superior category will be reserved.
* All transfers on arrival at any Italian destination, will be on guaranteed basis. All clients will be assisted and transferred to the hotel even if the flight or train is delayed by waiting or rescheduling the transfer. All extra costs will be charged to the office who made the booking. This rule will apply unless the office who made the booking request otherwise. The request must be in writing.
* Transfer for disabled clients can be booked. Please make sure that you tell us about the disability at the time of booking. Rates are available on request.
